You'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to develop future-proof business models, identify disruptive opportunities, and build resilient innovation ecosystems. Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Design innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and Web3 domains
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing business models and organizational transformation
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on emerging tech impacts (e.g., AGI, climate engineering)
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other innovation hubs
- Advose clients on regulatory preparedness for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in foresight consulting, innovation strategy, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of publishing disruptive technology forecasts
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (AI/ML, biotech, quantum, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational change
- Portfolio of published futurism work (books, white papers, TED talks)
- Fluency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
