Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex technological concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
- Oversee pilot projects for emerging technologies with $5M+ innovation budgets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic influence on product launches or business transformations
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
