Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech) to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic roadmaps for enterprise innovation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to future-proof product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-generation solutions
- Represent company at futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities
- Exceptional communication with C-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Experience with emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, quantum, etc.)
