Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with future human needs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-ready principles into corporate strategy
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies and their societal impacts
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor junior futurists on trend analysis methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects implemented
