Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop 2026-2030 innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption predictions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development initiatives
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future scenarios into corporate strategy
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technological adoption
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and academic researchers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published work on technology forecasting or trend analysis (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their convergence
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
