Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological trends and market signals to forecast 2026+ industry disruptions
- Develop strategic frameworks for quantum computing integration, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for exponential technological shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions using cutting-edge tools
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success

- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven trend forecasting capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
