Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps using trend analysis and scenario modeling

- Create strategic foresight reports for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies into product roadmaps
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical trends affecting industry landscapes
- Build and maintain an innovation ecosystem with academic, startup, and industry partners
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies for early trend detection
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation frameworks
