- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product innovation using scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-facing solutions with R&D, design, and engineering teams
- Produce executive briefings and trend reports translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate emerging startups into innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and establish thought leadership in future-focused discourse
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or technology trend analysis at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, AGI) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend forecasts or innovation strategies implemented in production
