Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology foresight frameworks, identifying disruptive trends across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for future market disruptions and competitive threats
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technology applications
- Author thought leadership content and present strategic insights to industry forums and investors
- Design and implement innovation pipelines aligning with long-term business objectives
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology) and their commercial applications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning skills with data-driven decision-making
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
