- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI on future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching at least 2 market-defining tech products
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI systems
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Strong network with global tech pioneers and research institutions
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM, CFS)
