- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate resilience
- Present executive-level strategic briefings on disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Build and curate an external network of futurists, VCs, and academic pioneers
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
- Mentor teams in design thinking and exponential technology applications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or Strategic Innovation
- 7+ years in innovation leadership, strategic foresight, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in scenario planning and technology roadmapping
- Expertise in AI ethics, biotech trends, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
