Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients navigating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight data into innovation roadmaps and investment priorities
- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications positioning clients as industry futurists
- Manage cross-functional teams executing proof-of-concept projects for emerging tech adoption
- Build and maintain proprietary trend intelligence database using advanced analytics tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment frameworks
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial innovation outcomes
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) adoption curves
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or Shaping Tomorrow)
