You'll lead horizon-scanning initiatives, develop scenario-planning frameworks, and identify high-impact opportunities across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies through 2026
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for board-level decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Produce scenario-planning reports and innovation briefs for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into business strategy
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech preferred
- Strong analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
