Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology convergence (AI, quantum, bio) and forecast societal impacts by 2026
- Architect human-centered innovation frameworks for emerging tech interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops to co-create future scenarios with global stakeholders
- Develop strategic roadmaps for sustainable tech adoption in 3 key industries
- Design predictive models for behavioral shifts in digital ecosystems
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on future-proof business models
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and ethical tech principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects implemented
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Certification in Foresight Practitioner (CFP) or similar
- Experience with predictive modeling tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
- Exceptional storytelling ability for complex future concepts
