Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive long-term AI strategy, identifying emerging trends and technologies that will disrupt the market by 2026.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable, year-by-year execution plans.
- Research & Development Oversight: Partner with R&D labs to evaluate potential AI breakthroughs, ensuring our technology stack remains future-proof and scalable.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, driving buy-in for bold, forward-thinking initiatives.
- Ethical Framework Development: Establish guidelines and governance structures to ensure responsible AI deployment, focusing on bias mitigation and safety.
- Market Positioning: Analyze competitive landscapes and global tech shifts to position Nexus Horizon as the industry leader in next-gen artificial intelligence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI/ML, or product management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a strong plus.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Machine Learning architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs), and generative AI technologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to foresee industry shifts and translate them into strategic business objectives.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Innovation: Demonstrated passion for emerging technologies and a track record of driving innovation within a corporate environment.
