Key Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the long-term technology strategy for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Advanced Robotics) into existing infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define product roadmaps and innovation pipelines.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive trends and growth opportunities.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to modern, scalable architectures.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and technical architects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or IT consulting.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, cloud computing, and cybersecurity trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- PMP or similar strategic certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to C-level executives.
