Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 technology roadmap with 3-5 year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and climate tech
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, Stanford, and Silicon Valley innovation labs
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Mentor a 12-person team of futurists and technology architects
- Develop patent portfolios and publish thought leadership in IEEE journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or Big Tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Proven track record launching 3+ enterprise-grade future-tech products
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, or climate tech
- Published author in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Top 10% performance in McKinsey Tech Strategy certification
- Security clearance or government tech partnership experience
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global collaboration
