Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop strategic frameworks for 2026 market dominance
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Build and manage a network of industry disruptors, academic partners, and venture capitalists
- Define ethical guidelines for emerging tech adoption and responsible innovation practices
- Drive internal culture of experimentation through hackathons and innovation workshops
- Monitor competitive landscape and geopolitical shifts affecting tech deployment strategies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, neurotech, or climate tech)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience managing $1M+ innovation budgets and cross-functional teams of 20+
