Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key trends in AI, automation, and cloud infrastructure.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to forecast emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the business.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategic technology goals into actionable engineering and product requirements.
- Oversee the evaluation and pilot programs for new tech stacks, ensuring scalability and security standards are met.
- Present complex technological concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling and clear manner.
- Monitor industry developments to ensure NexaHorizon remains a market leader in innovation.
- Develop metrics to measure the success of technology initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or IT consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully leading technology transformations or major roadmap initiatives.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, IoT) relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies to diverse audiences.
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Project Management is a plus.
