Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the strategic vision for the company’s technology roadmap leading up to 2026.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends including AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design) to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps.
- Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the technology landscape to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives for high-potential technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical consulting within the tech sector.
- Proven experience leading large-scale strategic initiatives or technology transformation programs.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Strong understanding of current and future technology stacks (Cloud, AI/ML, Blockchain).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
