Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with R&D to prioritize R&D investments in disruptive technologies
- Author thought leadership on technological evolution and its business implications
- Establish KPIs to track innovation maturity and future-readiness metrics
- Represent InnovateNext at global tech foresight forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities translating complex scenarios into actionable insights
- Experience managing innovation portfolios with $5M+ annual budgets
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (white papers, patents, keynotes)
- MBA or Master's in Technology Management preferred
