Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech verticals
- Lead market research to identify emerging disruption vectors and competitive threats
- Partner with product teams to translate future-vision requirements into actionable development sprints
- Present strategic frameworks to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech incubation team
- Drive ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track technology adoption curves
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or circular economy tech
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Fluency in future-tech forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, horizon scanning)
- Proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., System Dynamics, Monte Carlo simulations)
