Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, Web4.0)
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $10M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on proprietary R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or product innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Tech Review
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
- Proven track record scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
- Patent portfolio or startup exit experience strongly desired
