Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and risk assessments to the board of directors
- Drive adoption of sustainable technology practices across all business units
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching at least two disruptive tech initiatives
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience scaling tech operations across global markets
- Certification in technology management or futures studies preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
