Responsibilities

- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging technology trends and disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to align technology initiatives with organizational goals
- Present technology roadmaps and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies, measuring ROI and scalability potential
- Build and manage a high-performing innovation lab focused on next-generation solutions
- Stay current with technological advancements through industry conferences, academic partnerships, and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale technology transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, and biotech integration
