Responsibilities

- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration frameworks
- Establish ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government labs for quantum research
- Architect scalable infrastructure for trillion-sensor IoT networks

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journal within last 5 years
- Experience securing $10M+ budgets for experimental R&D programs
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq) and Python
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical physics into commercial applications
