Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Develop go-to-market frameworks for next-gen technology solutions
- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolio for future technology incubation
- Present strategic insights to executive board and investor committees
- Build and lead a 10-person future technology task force
- Author thought leadership publications on technology forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in scaling enterprise-level technology transformations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology journals
- Professional certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or technology management
- Experience managing global cross-functional R&D teams
