Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap with 18-month precision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum integration systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, spatial web) to identify competitive advantages
- Secure $50M+ annual R&D budget through stakeholder presentations and ROI modeling
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor a team of 12 senior technologists in future-proof skill development
- Author white papers that influence industry standards for post-2025 tech adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of launching products with 10-year+ market impact
- Expertise in AI governance, quantum computing architectures, and metaverse ecosystems
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future technology implications
- Experience securing federal grants for advanced R&D initiatives
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF-Cert) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three major tech transformations
