- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI on innovation initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate strategic vision into technical specifications
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their impact on industry evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or platforms
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Strong knowledge of technology forecasting methodologies
- Certifications in emerging tech or innovation management preferred
