Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields including quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, and carbon-negative tech
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future tech capabilities into enterprise strategy
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and technologies for potential acquisition or partnership
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry forums
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record leading quantum/AI initiatives at scale
- Deep understanding of exponential technology curves and regulatory landscapes
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 publications
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks for long-term tech adoption
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
