Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies and assess market readiness
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and data sovereignty
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate disruptive startups
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven models
- Drive R&D initiatives in collaboration with MIT, Stanford, and global innovation labs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite/VP roles
- Proven track record in scaling tech ecosystems for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or Web3 architecture
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACI) or Technology Innovation
- Experience with international tech policy and regulatory frameworks
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives generating >$50M revenue
