Responsibilities
- Architect and implement technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum computing and neural interface prototypes
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI ethics, biotech convergence, decentralized systems)
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors with ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with Ivy League research labs and Silicon Valley incubators
- Oversee the development of patentable intellectual property in emerging domains
- Drive adoption of predictive analytics for sustainable resource optimization
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or Futurism preferred
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ ARR
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 200+ engineers
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and blockchain architecture
- Global conference speaker (TED, Web Summit, CES)
