Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and assess their strategic implications
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to prioritize R&D investments and innovation pipelines
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across global operations and product portfolios
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of strategic initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Deep expertise in future-casting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 50+ technical professionals
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., System Dynamics, Agent-Based Modeling)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
