- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, generative AI, and Web3 infrastructure
- Drive cross-functional digital transformation programs across 5+ business units
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Develop AI governance frameworks ensuring ethical deployment of autonomous systems
- Present technology foresight insights to executive leadership and board of directors
- Mentor a team of 5+ innovation specialists in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale digital transformations ($50M+ budgets)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech forecasting methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Strong background in AI ethics frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with executive/board experience
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools and data-driven decision platforms
