Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps across quantum, AI, and synthetic biology domains
- Lead cross-venture innovation sprints with Fortune 500 partners and academic institutions
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis using patent analytics, academic research, and dark web monitoring
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Manage $2M+ innovation prototyping budgets with measurable ROI metrics
- Author quarterly 'Future State' reports distributed to 50+ global stakeholders
- Build and lead a 12-person futurist task force across 3 international hubs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with proven 2025+ roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published thought leadership in Nature, MIT Tech Review, or similar tier
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams in virtual environments
- Portfolio of 3+ successfully commercialized future-tech initiatives
- Security clearance for classified government collaboration projects
