Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web4.0) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market dominance
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology analysts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, quantum systems, decentralized tech, neurotech, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Fluency in agile methodologies and lean innovation frameworks
