- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board of directors

Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- 8+ years in technology strategy or C-suite innovation roles
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives at Fortune 500 level
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting frameworks
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with regulatory landscape for emerging tech (FDA, FCC)
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
