Responsibilities

- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and quantum security
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business transformation goals
- Secure patents and intellectual property for breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic insights to industry panels and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in launching AI/quantum commercialization initiatives
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Certification in AI governance or quantum technology (preferred)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier tech journals
- Fluency in 2+ programming languages (Python, C++, etc.)
