Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps analyzing AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence, and spatial computing trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing future-focused innovation pilots with $50M+ annual budgets
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum research labs, AI consortiums, and metaverse infrastructure providers
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies before market adoption
- Present technology impact assessments to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Drive patent strategy targeting 2026-2030 technological breakthroughs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market leadership
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech, or spatial web
- Executive-level experience in Fortune 500 or unicorn tech companies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or similar venues
- Global network of technology pioneers and research institution relationships
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) or Strategic Innovation Management
