Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching commercialized quantum or AI products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Experience with venture capital funding and startup scaling
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Cirq)
