Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizon, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces)
- Architect scalable frameworks for digital transformation across enterprise operations and customer experiences
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech innovators, research institutions, and regulatory bodies
- Present future technology insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Drive innovation through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and patent development programs
- Mentor talent in emerging tech domains while fostering a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related executive leadership role
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year technology transformation initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, and biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence executive decision-making
- Certification in technology architecture or innovation management (e.g., TOGAF, CIMP) preferred
