Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate future-focused solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on innovation strategies
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with measurable ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering/Business
- Experience presenting to C-suite boards and investor groups
- Strong data modeling skills for trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
