Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for next-gen tech adoption curves
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and investors securing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Drive ethical frameworks for AI/automation deployment and sustainable tech scaling
- Mentor emerging talent in technology foresight and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and adoption scenarios
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's tech innovation ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants for transformative projects
