As a key member of our C-suite strategy team, you'll collaborate with industry pioneers to develop long-term roadmaps, identify disruptive opportunities, and lead high-impact initiatives that will redefine our industry by 2026. You'll have direct influence on multi-million dollar innovation budgets and access to our state-of-the-art R&D facilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology solutions
- Identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact and build implementation strategies
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track progress against strategic milestones
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Manage vendor relationships for emerging tech partnerships and acquisitions
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team of 8-12 specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, biotech convergence, or Web3 infrastructure
- Experience building innovation labs with $10M+ annual budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's venture capital and startup ecosystems
