- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions to accelerate adoption cycles
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to the board of directors quarterly
- Design ethical frameworks for responsible innovation, ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and data scientists while fostering an innovation culture
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on enterprise transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging technologies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, Harvard Business Review) on technology forecasting
- Track record of launching successful ventures in at least two emerging tech domains
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and quantitative trend analysis tools
- Security clearance or experience with federal tech initiatives highly desirable
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
