Your work will directly influence our $2B innovation pipeline while mentoring next-gen technologists in our Future Labs incubator.
Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate-resilient infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in Web3.0, metaverse integration, and autonomous systems
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies in neuromorphic computing
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Drive ESG-aligned technology adoption across 15 global R&D centers
- Mentor Fellows in our 2026 Tech Accelerator program
- Present future-tech frameworks to C-suite and board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives at enterprise level
- Deep expertise in Web3.0 protocols, decentralized systems, and blockchain architectures
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams of 50+ engineers
- Certified in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) and AI Ethics Governance
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies preferred
