Responsibilities
- Design 5-10 year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs prototyping next-gen human-computer interaction models
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and frontier tech startups
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on climate-positive technology adoption
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance beyond 2025
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech adoption
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI initiatives in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent on future tech paradigms
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/R preferred)
- Exceptional stakeholder management with Fortune 500 executive experience
