- Quantify market readiness for emerging tech through predictive analytics frameworks
- Architect governance protocols for autonomous systems and next-gen cybersecurity
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government technology councils
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation portfolio with 15% reserved for speculative R&D
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrable 2025+ impact
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published research in IEEE/AI journals on technological singularity preparation
- Certification in Quantum Strategy (Q-Cert) or equivalent advanced credential
- Experience scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Mastery of complex systems modeling and probabilistic scenario tools
