Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) into product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology vision and progress to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Mentor technology teams on future-proofing methodologies and foresight techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or senior product leadership at Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: AI/ML, Web3, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility for innovation portfolios
- Certification in emerging technology or innovation management preferred
