- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation

Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling enterprise-grade innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Experience securing government innovation grants
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis)
